This is an item that many couples are curious about when they get to the design portion of their wedding planning journey. And truthfully, I have yet to find a one stop shop of all table top items like candles. However, there are many ways to obtain a look like this and I am here to share my go to options!
I would say that the easiest way to obtain them tends to be through your venue or your florist.
When going through the venue, they typically are your standard votive candle, but it can be an option.
If your florist offers this as a rental I would take them up on it! They tend to be taking the lead from a centerpiece standpoint anyways so this makes the most sense.
If they do not offer this, I recommend going through your planner or going direct yourself. Which is what most of my couples tend to do and then following the wedding they sell them on a platform like FB marketplace.
My couples that have done this typically have the most success at Hobby Lobby, Amazon, Quick Candles and Yummi Candles. But if you’re looking for a dynamic look, grabbing some here and there at places like Homegoods, TJ Maxx and Target also does the trick, that is exactly what we did for this look above!
If you are looking for something a bit more simple and straight forward you can always check out FB Marketplace because like I noted, many brides head there following their wedding to get rid of that inventory! This is also a great option to buy in bulk.
If you are solely looking to rent, a company like Kadeema (local to Boston and New England) does have tabletop items but it would have to be added to a pre existing order with them.
Beyond that I have come across one other company, which is new, Creative Events by CC. She is just starting out and looking to focus on those table top rental items! Again, local to Boston!
Cheers and happy planning!
