This is our most sought after service for newly engaged couples! It allows you, the couple, to be as involved in the planning process as you choose to be, while giving you an expert to partner, collaborate and guide every step of the way. 

Our goal with this package is for guests to leave your wedding feeling that it was designed specifically for YOU!

  • 300++ hours dedicated to pre planning and onsite management
  • Venue and/or vendor booking and management – including recommendations, research, contract review, virtual and in-person meetings, communication and onsite management
  • Custom planning platform put into place to hold and track all planning progress 
  • Budget creation, implementation and management
  • Unlimited communication via phone and email 
  • Fully custom design plan including, but not limited to – floral design, upgraded rentals, specialty lighting, custom stationary and more – inclusive of in-person showroom visit
  • Management of wedding website
  • Guest room block accommodations and transportation management
  • Creation and distribution of timelines and floor plans – both 2D and 3D renderings 
  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Day-of onsite management and coordination of all wedding vendors by your Emerald Events Planner – inclusive of décor setup and breakdown, direction of bridal party and onsite management for up to 12 hours.

First things first is a complementary consultation so I can learn all about you! Before we dive into details of our offerings let's discuss the fun stuff! When did you meet? Where was the proposal? How about the ring!!

You felt it too, we are a perfect match! Let’s move forward with a signed contract to lock you into your wedding date! From this point on couples will have unlimited email communication with the Emerald Events team in addition to, being able to schedule video conference calls through Calendly whenever necessary!

I’ll invite you to join me on AISLE PLANNER where we will collaborate for the entirety of your wedding planning. This platform will house all details regarding your wedding, including items like your 12+ month planning checklist, budget calculator, wedding timeline, design moodboard, vendor contracts etc.

VENUE SELECTION, VENDOR RESEARCH & CONFIRMATION

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your wedding. Having a trusted team of vendors to create a magical, unforgettable celebration is so important. I will provide vendor recommendations based on your style and the vibe you are searching for including, but not limited to – venue, florist, entertainment, accommodations, rentals, photographer, videographer, etc. We can also schedule and attend vendor meet & greets

Now the fun begins! After we have secured your trusted team of vendors we will work together to bring your vision to life! From mood board inspirations to a full planned design including, but not limited to – floral design, upgraded rentals, specialty lighting, custom stationary and more! Once we have a solid plan, we will head to a local show room together to see your design in person! 

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN

Once all vendor details are confirmed, we’ll sit down for a run-through of your wedding day timeline and any remaining logistics. One week prior to your wedding all vendors will be provided with a copy of this detailed timeline as well as any other information that may be valuable to them ie. floorplans.

Rehearsal the night before was a success and now wedding bells are ringing!
Our team is onsite from set up to break down as your trusted partner! We have worked together to design this exceptional event and now all you have to do is sit back and relax while our team runs the show!
