Emily and James had smiles on their faces from the moment I met them through the end of their wedding weekend. They truly were the sweetest, and you could feel the love they shared for each other instantly.
Their wedding weekend took place in this quaint seaside town of Booth Bay Harbor Maine! The location meant a lot to the two of them as they spent many summers there with Emily’s Family. Newagen Seaside Inn felt like it was on its own private island! An oceanfront inn with a long tradition of celebrations by the sea, perfect for Emily and James weekend of celebrations. All guest rooms and cottages were filled by friends and family, allowing for a intimate property buyout!
The two got married at the sweetest town church, Our Lady Queen of Peace, before heading back to the Inn for cocktail hour and reception. Cocktail hour was hosted on the back lawn which was the perfect location for mingling with guests, playing lawn games, taking oceanfront photos and sipping on their signature drinks, Aperol Spritz and Old Fashion!
During this time Emily and James went back down to the dock on the property where they had their first look earlier that day, to now share their personal vows. This moment was so special!
Following cocktail hour guests were invited indoors for reception. On their way in they grabbed a glass of champagne off the custom build by the FOB to kick off a night of fun! No but really, this group knows how to party, I don’t think the dancefloor was empty once throughout the entire night!
Emily and James, thank you both for allowing me to be a part of your day and thank you for trusting me and choosing Emerald Events!
